説明
Use adjective order when you put two or more adjectives before a noun. English usually puts them in this order: opinion, size, age, shape, color, origin, material, then the noun.
In "I bought a small red bag," "a" shows one thing, "small" tells the size, "red" tells the color, and "bag" is the noun. Japanese often says "赤い小さなかばん" with a different order, but English usually says "a small red bag." If you change the order, the sentence can sound strange, even if the words are correct.
名詞の前に形容詞を2つ以上置くときは、順番に気をつけます。英語では、ふつう「意見、サイズ、年齢、形、色、出身、材料、名詞」の順に並べます。
"I bought a small red bag." では、"a" が「1つの」、"small" が「大きさ」、"red" が「色」、"bag" が名詞です。日本語は「赤い小さなかばん」のように別の順番になりやすいですが、英語ではふつう "a small red bag" と言います。順番を変えると、単語が正しくても不自然に聞こえることがあります。

よくある間違い
Japanese learners often keep the Japanese order, such as "a red big car." In English, size usually comes before color, so say "a big red car." The same rule works in many noun phrases: "a small black cat," not "a black small cat."
日本語学習者は、 「a red big car」のように日本語の語順をそのまま使うことが多い。英語では、通常、大きさが色より前に来るので、 「a big red car」と言う。このルールは多くの名詞句にも当てはまる。 「a small black cat 」であって、「a black small cat」ではない。
